Although the ensemble “Gumbati” has only existed for a few years, it has been able to win the hearts of listeners and fans. Over the years, the ensemble has participated in various charitable events, concerts and festivals. It is also symbolic that the first tour of the ensemble took place in the border village of Rukhi on the Celebration the Day of Abkhazia May 23, 2019. “Gumbati” became known and loved by the public from the 2019 Art-Gene Festival. The songs performed by the girls on various Georgian folk instruments deserved special like, admiration and ovation.
In the ensemble and studio children learn Georgian folk songs, chants and playing on Georgian folk instruments (Fanduri, Chonguri, , Bassfanduri, Chonguri low bass, Сhuniri, Salamuri, Chiboni, Drum instruments).
